The only thing I liked about the school was it was close to my house.

Dislikes

There is no work life - personal life balance. Complete exploitation of teachers, they don't inform which Saturday's are off, it's very last minute. It's like you are going to school too, they treat you like a kid.

Only the kids gives you the happiness during your work duration except that nothing can be appreciated.

Dislikes

The management itself is so problematic. It works like corporate and does not give the teachers the appreciation they deserve.

1.Orchids ask original documents 2. In the first year , they cut retention fund from your salary and give it back if you complete 10 months. Otherwise you will lose that amount. 3. First of all, they have merged operations and sales marketing together and FOE and counselors are PRM (parent relationship manager) . Branch counselors and FOE have to do each others work together, just for the sake of k12 techno service company's "cost cutting" Pressure on FOE of sales and marketing, loss of pay if not completingthe target on daily basis, and worst part is they can terminate anytime if we are not meeting their "expectations" They didn't mention at the time of interview about this sales and marketing thing....Read More

The worst company ever. No job security. Management can hire and fire as per there mood swings. Management doesn't respect employees. Treat them like animals. Suggestion for new joiners,, do not waste your time and energy here. They do not promote internally. Find something else for your stable career.

Some teachers were good as a fresher teacher they helped me a lot with the work

You don't have family time you have to punch in on time or salary gets deducted they give you offer letter of one branch and transfer to other branch

They will never keep up their promises , working hours are less but work is more that never and never can be completes with in the working hours of the school we have to work for atleast 2 hours after coming home inorder to complete work on time.
