...n for my mental and physical health, expecting me to work despite health issues. 4) Unfair treatment and inaccurate accusations- I was marked Leave without pay(LWP) for not reading whatsapp messages where i was busy was with given tasked. 5) Company is only adding roles and responsibilities day by day not while increment hike they give 3-5% only. after giving 10hours to company. 6) lack of support and grievance redressal- My grievances have been ignored, I've received no Support or response from the management. The concern have significantly impacted my well- being and job satisfaction.

When i've joined everything was smooth only front desk work I need to do but later on they've mde School a CALL CENTRE.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture & very bad Management. Bad increment after giving whole 1year they only increase 1000rs of your salary.Every week they made new policy which you have to accept weather you're comfortable or not.Those people who are working their since 4 years they don't respect and give appreciate but for new employees they give good salary 3 times better salary and so many more things.

The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

1.Orchids ask original documents 2. In the first year , they cut retention fund from your salary and give it back if you complete 10 months. Otherwise you will lose that amount. 3. If you join and you didn't complete 10 months till may then you are not eligible for may month salary. 4. Disrespectful behaviour by higher authority 5. Zero job security 6. No PF 7. No travelling allowance/ help 8. No canteen 9. Low amount appraisal

...k together, just for the sake of k12 techno service company's "cost cutting" Pressure on FOE of sales and marketing, loss of pay if not completing the target on daily basis, and worst part is they can terminate anytime if we are not meeting their "expectations" They didn't mention at the time of interview about this sales and marketing thing.
