Work Culture, Teammates-everyone will be facing problems but nobody has the guts to speak out, no job security- every den n der dey will just say we are raising memo, career growth-0 I m working since 5 years and still dance instructor by post...At the branch level I do coordinator job also but nobody is recognising only using, salary-everytime for no reason salary will get deducted and last year my appraisal was 800 :-D...seriously I get laugh on myself, so much of Politics...leave principal will sanction for those who are every time manage to polish higher authority and for others no leave if some of us are taking den straight away LOP. I am a Dance Instructor...but instead of taking classes I do paper work more.... :-D

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
