Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Covid support nothing. No work no pay policy. If symtoms do not come to company.

Dislikes

Company implementing cost reduction process. They are reducing the manpower by termination process. Company not clearing sattelements employees dues ,no increments and promotions. Employees are lazy and work escapeing tendency. Getting the work very difficult It spoiling of carrier.
