Bad politics, TL is very selfish they treat you based on your religion and which state you are working.... No hike, manager will not hearing words from their team members, they shift you to another team without notice

Unprofessional, deducting fix salary for not achieving Target. That also 6000 to 11000. Though we are giving fix timing for work. Not appreciating efforts. Incentives given in break up that also not fix month. Less salary as employees are working from home. No job security Managers who does not understand employees. Only wants them to achieve Target
