They offer permanent work from home option

Dislikes

They deduct basic salaries of their employees on account of non performance from third month of joining. Their clients take 30 days time in shortlisting candidates and expect us to close offers and then deduct salaries due to client delays. No transparency upon company policies during interview stage. Its a school and not an organisation. Better hand termination than deduct salary. We don't even deduct salary of house hold help....Read More
