Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Company has totally automatic process of production, production quality is good,highly accurate machineries, Robatic technology used there. Labour work is comparatively less

Dislikes

Job satisfaction is poor,not providing any festival allowance,just work 10 hrs straight and don't go to and fro in single minute,not providing proper ventilation even in cantine, Not following any single rule as per standerd norms. Just want only production, nothing anything.
