In this I noticed compensation is decent, but growth is slowl . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10- 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. But managers do not value an individuals, unique strength, which is I have to take back my suggestions most of the time . In this company have a employment training is very long time some time lose in training period because no fixed time in training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Generally production is my work it is very challenging as I have to look good product good quality good quantity ppc planning . We achieve my daily production Target and to provide assembly line and manage my stock level. As long as I get work closely.
