Orbis is a fast growing Company & provides ample growth opportunities. The management Team is young , energetic & experienced. Every individual has a role to play in the organisation and their ideas are heard and recognized. Policies of HR are Employee Friendly with flexible work timings.

Dislikes

As such there is nothing to dislike but yes since its a fast growing organisation some time we feel the pressure of work which can be managed. At the same time we get to learn and enhance our knowledge.

Work Details

Primary job is to do sales by enrolling new Clients . Exploring new avenues of business lines.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

A great place to work. All relevant suggestions even from a junior employee would be heard . PS: this place require go-getters and team leads are capable of identifying & rewarding them. Professional environment at the same time good team bonding.

work pressure, however if you are game for taking more responsibilities then there are ample of opportunities to grab
