I like the culture of the company which is very beautiful.work is shift wise there are somany fressers and experienced engineers are working in the community.

Dislikes

I don't like the machines of this company's becouse here the machines not repaired so I don't like this.the communication of supervisers is not good.the company provides small amounts of salary to workers' but force to work more.here the contracters also froud contracters are here which some workers money they will keep this kind of things are happening here so this thing i Don't like.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
