Very exhausting toxic work culture management always demotivates you too much biased decisions when it comes to promotion no hikes for year if they provide after years also there would be single percent of hike If you just need growth no financial expectations please come to oracle

1 - Only boot lickers with no attitude towards work are promoted. Too much politics. 2 - 6% salary hike, worst among all the organizations. 3 - Management is just for name and politics, even VP doesn't know how the increment is done and how much fund will be given to the specific team. These decisions are made at SVP level which is too bad. They don't have a vision of how people will be promoted, they only aim for their profit and their own salary share. 4 - Managers highlight a simple work of a boot lockers as if he conquered the Himalayas. Layoffs without telling the reason. No PIP or anything, just dorect layoff.

Higher management is too much knowledgeable to understand problem and guide junior people to resolve any challenges. As well as they take each resources with their personal life priority.

In the LOB i worked, There are no benefits , ,hike, appraisal no additional activities it's always just work and work with micromanagement and stress. Will be told as where to sit, timings and rules to go to lunch, with the people whom you have to go to lunch and have to provide justification for every action taken just like a school.
