You can have wfh for as long as you want. This job is like a govt job, you can retire here if you want to.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Poor skill developement, old technologies, career stagnation, no increment and delayed promotions, no scope of switching because the tech is out dated. Fake promises made and improper JD given prior to hiring.
