Even if you perform well, you may not receive a salary increase 3. Variable pay is low, ranging from 40 - 60% 4. Product company I have never been on bench in the last 17 Years No need to run looking for projects. Projects will automatically take you Lots of exposure in terms of direct customer requirements giving us insight of how customer uses our product/customizations

No Work life balance No demarcation between Imple and Support Teams which makes life miserable for the resources as they end up handling both in parallel Yearly Appraisals are delinked from hikes and hikes are not yearly. No preset frequency. May or may not happen. Even the leadership Team will not know if a hike is coming or not
