If someone is looking for a job which has good work life balance, This isn't the job for you. This isn't a job for people who want job satisfaction. The management is worst. There are no planned leaves that one can get unless he applies 2 months prior to the date he wants the leave for. You would hear the management asking to login even when you are having high fevers and medical reports won't be of very much use too. Pathetic. There is no log out time. You would log out once your allocation is done. So suppose due to certain reasons your system was down, you would still do the allocations and then log out.
