job security is onl plus i see here, there are employees with 15+ exp, or from start of flexcube which later was acquired by oracle and is now Oracle Finacial services software

No salary hikes for years, no perks, not even Wifi bill rembursement. Nothing new to learn, employees are not open to automation they are comforatble with manual efforts, new approach is always discouraged.
