The only thing me and any one could like about this company work life balanced.

Dislikes

If one is good at his/her work, intelligent and smart , this place is big no for them.Managers hire dumb people so that they can rule on them. Butter up is the ONLY quality require to get into here.Whole HR dept is just a puppet of management team.

For sometime work life balance was the priority for me hence I spent whole 5 years in this company and yes, 3 months notice period also one of the reason why i had to spent such a long time there and found that I have learn nothing in the tenure here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
