There is nothing positive in the company,basic two times tea too is not provided by company,when I had joined acs were not working,fans are not functional,shutter was not working properly,no sanitizer,boys toilet u can't lock from inside, washbasin tap does not work,thi gs are so worse that in cafeteria employees stand and eat therefood as there are no chairs,just pathetic....Read More

I will like to bring to ur notice that there are lot of wrong things happening in Opulentus Pune branch. I was hired as HR Manager on 25 May 2023 ,in 3 days of joining as there was no work for me as my senior was on long leave ,they asked me to rejoin???? Then as I had a meeting with them they asked to continue. On June 6 ,2023 somelady came to office and claimed to be director of the company,mausi who does not housekeeping work from 2 years even she was not aware that she is the director. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> She was very rude and had no etiquettes so I resigned on that day, management accepted my resignation on single day</mark>. During my exit interview taken by director she said full and final will be done in 60 days. Now Hima Ganga Kundra Hr Manager from Hyderabad has sent me a clear mail that there won't be any full and final settlement done as per company policy. I am not the only one whom they have not paid the salary too,it's been a trend in Opulentus where they get the work done from employee and not pay them. A 62 year old senior citizen employee too was not paid I don't how many employees that have exploited till date....Read More

The office looks nice and premises are kept in order. The electronic equipment available are well maintained. A decent start for beginners in the field. A few senior management people may hear out your grievances. Leaves are not too difficult to get if you have a genuine reason to request for one....Read More

Training is sparse. Incentives are not released for months even after positive performance. The monthly targets are tough to achieve by diligent employees due to high level of inter-office politics and dishonest ways of generating business. As a result, the salary of the person, who is not part of a favored group, gets paid in half.It could be deducted owing to a random excuse. Salary is not released for a whole month for a few. Upon leaving the position with notice, none of the PFs and remaining monthly deductions from salaries gets released. The cameras all over the place is to keep scrutiny over things like usage of cell phones or eatables on desk. If an employee harasses/gets physically aggressive with other employees, no report gets raised for such actions. A lot of unjustifiable prejudice towards a few creates a disturbed work environment as it causes unnecessary levels of prolonged stress. Job security is almost nil....Read More
