The company was good before 1 year regarding process

Dislikes

Teammates are good but there is no career growth and job security is at zero level. Politics are high and even managers won't give complete knowledge about process to the teammates.There is no proper training for new joinies and even for freshers.

There is nothing positive in the company,basic two times tea too is not provided by company,when I had joined acs were not working,fans are not functional,shutter was not working properly,no sanitizer,boys toilet u can't lock from inside, washbasin tap does not work,thi gs are so worse that in cafeteria employees stand and eat there food as there are no chairs,just pathetic.

I will like to bring to ur notice that there are lot of wrong things happening in Opulentus Pune branch. I was hired as HR Manager on 25 May 2023 ,in 3 days of joining as there was no work for me as my senior was on long leave ,they asked me to rejoin???? Then as I had a meeting with them they asked to continue. On June 6 ,2023 somelady came to office and claimed to be director of the company,mausi who does not housekeeping work from 2 years even she was not aware that she is the director. She was very rude and had no etiquettes so I resigned on that day, management accepted my resignation on single day. During my exit interview taken by director she said full and final will be done in 60 days. Now Hima Ganga Kundra Hr Manager from Hyderabad has sent me a clear mail that there won't be any full and final settlement done as per company policy. I am not the only one whom they have not paid the salary too,it's been a trend in Opulentus where they get the work done from employee and not pay them.
