Horrible experience working for them. There are many short 1 line positive reviews none of them look real to me.

They treat people like trash. Except one oe two people the company culture is to yell. If ther is question in timesheet to fill then manager wil say ' hei. Don't ask questions. First finish the timesheet and submit. Then we can talk'. I don't know these are really low capable people or it is the culture. Poor to almost zero appraisal. I work for a large bank client and optimum compny contract is not extended, client is saying it. So client started releasing many people. Optimum did not inform us at all putting our job in risk. Now some people in project are started looking outside before they fire us all like they did for many others....Read More

They pay starting good salary. Then no improvement. It can be negative also.

All other things. Once put in client site they wont meet you at all. They will help when we ask any admin information like leave balance, HR team, submit proof, salary slip and all. But when you ask project related help the account manager wont help at all. They wont provide training. Expect us to pay by ourself. Manager wont connect me to any technical team. They keep on saying they have practice team, coe team and all. But no help come to employee. Once I reach someone in practice. They say I dont have enough experience asked me to learn and come back something in testing then ask the question again to them. For this I will study all this myself. Why I need company support for this. My project getting over in September. The company given me notice to exit already. Searching for better job now....Read More

Culture is to fire people when project is over. As long as client billing happened they keep you. When client says project release they will fire you. They have different different notice period for different people. We Developers most have longer notice period. BPO people have shorter. I was surprised to know that within developersdifferent client project people have different notice. So company by itself has no policy they issue letter based on client notice. It used to be account wise operating company which was good. But of late has gotten bad with no one taking responsibility from management. Unable to get any response and always being turned to someone to get any update. But very matured body shopping organization. Good pay when you join. No questions on this.

The career path I have in last 2 years is so topsy turvy. I have had 7 Managers in the last 20 months. This is not an exaggeration. There is so much churn in the company I am afraid the non billing people (in a nice way, Overheads) churn out every few months which is a bad average in my experience. I am in a billing role but with the kind of firing I see everyday here for people released from my account itself, I have started looking out already. There is no one to follow up any request you give. You follow up and find a new person has taken the role. Then you explain them full thing again. With so poor increments and lack of clarity after nearly 2 years my entire team (14 of us in billing role) will leave in the next few days. When we approached HR team we got a vague response that this is the best we can do just parroting same thing. It is clear they just repeat what their leaders taught them to say. Lost all faith in the company the entire team is frustratedd and vexed and will leave soon. My 2 paisa is you do not invest your time or your career in the company. It is not at all worth it. They are a group of people who want only billing with people. Project over means fire people.

This company people are only interested in billing us. When my project notice was told by client they immediately called me and and gave notice to exit. They told they have 15-20 clients in Bangalore and more than 40 in India. I was ready to relocate also. Company said they cant wait for clearing interviews and all and just gave notice. In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.

Worked for a Dubai bank project. Client environment was very bad they will yell at us. When someone questions they will be removed from project. When I gave a suggestion for project execution client was so angry. Previous month only I was told as best performer by client next month they released me. My payroll company also released me as there was no project. They say there are many accounts but when you ask they will say no projects can you resign and leave. They are just doing small number of clients but telling in market they are big. Feel very cheated by this company. My colleague who left before me in a same way from the project has referred me to another job, still waiting for offer. This company will damage career dont join....Read More
