HR ms juhi singh Rathod is doing politics and manipulating management for making decisions which are not good for company. She will be big liability for the company in future as she is doing all other unwanted work except her actual work. even work life balance is not there, there is no appreciation of work even working for hours still the expectations of working hour is getting increased. management will never be happy with the performance also the clients are dissatisfied. Suggestion is for focusing the hierarchy structure of company so that pillar can be build for every department and the strong team can build.
