None of the good things about this company can compensate for the terrible work culture it has.

Optech Engineering based in Thane is the definition of toxic workculture. People work extra hours every day as your credibility is calculated on the basis of hours you spend in office and not the efficiency, ironically they don't calculate the same working hours while paying you. The work done has no vision, you will just be runningaround with no roadmap for the project nor your career. Job security is also bad as they had fired a few employees who couldn't show up at office because of covid lockdown. On the other hand when a family member of the director was found positive, he himself didn't show up for good one month in the office. Most of the safety protocols had gone for a toss due to the narrow mindset of the management. Do not expect HR to help as they are mere spectators and the policies are only for the paper. Do not ruin your mental peace over the peanuts they offer in the name of salary and exposure. Pros: Work work work ...There is clueless ,endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have a tea break before lunch. Your will never get fat because they won't give you proper time and environment to eat. You will learn about 3rd class politics which is played by company boss and hemal oza.

Cons: Every coin has two sides if there are some pros then some cons can also may exhibit. The company is led by one man army hemal oza the electrical head. who is every thing in this company. If he says this is night then you have to admit that this is night . He treats everyone like a labour which can can not leave the company premise either before last bell rings or without his permission. He plays very good politics. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. egoistic Management. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault.
