I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Great place to learn, a company that works for future, Leading company in Discovery to Resolution solutions, its more like a family than a corporate company, no egos and every one are down to earth and respect each other. if willing to learn every one will go beyond to help you and teach you the new tech stack.
