Work life balance is very bad in oppo, everyday more than 10 Hr work plan in each shift. No one supportive in dept, No Job security, So much working pressure . Very bad politics, without any reason senior will pull your legs and insist you to leave the Job (Indirectly) . This is the condition in almost each dept. NO ANY TIMELY PROMOTION, Very Less salary increment except some special person. Overall experience is very very bad, I never recommend anyone to Join Oppo....Read More

Work culture is very bad, Sr management person have less experiences resultant they don't know right way and efficient way to work due to this they draw Unnecessarily over burden on team mate.
