Working at OPPO allows you to get new work and increase your skills on personal level. Salary is low but credit in you bank on time.

Dislikes

Most of the things are Unorganized here. Even you try for OT request, first need to submit request on portal and get approval Second draft a mail with all details and get approval from HOD and then share that approved mail with HR. Unnecessary step when already submitted on portal why mail. This is one one example.

Work Details

Work life is unbalanced, Officially all Saturday and Sundays are off. However I still work on every Saturday and sometimes on Sunday and holidays. Not good

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
