It's been good so far as working in oppo and learning new things day by day working environment is very cooperative Team is Well defined toward their objective and Hard works always pays off. Thank you 👍

So Far I not face many difficulties in oppo but yes little problem arise but you have to keep patience and work hard to achieve more.

Actually my work is give Proper product Training to Promoters and also motivate them to increase there sales and I also give Route Training While visiting market on daily basis and check their product knowledge as well as demonstration skills.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
