Dislikes

It's having the worst experience for an HR. False and fake promises to employees. Also, no skill development and learning and growth opportunity is available. Authoritative control of Chinese and Indian managers are too afraid of them. Doesn't even have health insurance to employees.

They always give proper freedom to work, on a very small level you can be responsibke for really big work of company.

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Excellent

Dislikes

Company don't have employee centric approach, no recognition and appreciation for good work, company want you to work 24*7 for them without paying any additional OT or allowances.

Work Details

Challenging work, mixed work culture where indian and chinese people working together, language problem always comes as all chinese not very good with English

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
