Job security is zero, but company security full , and company infrastructure is good

I didn't like the work yet all, it is the worst place I have worked, they give only money to work and after that no human values,no good environment and not any support from management and not any leaves

Every day have overtime so maximum 12 hours working including lunch and break time and it is total stand job, In this company not any person sit during work except HR,Admin,Planning department, Manager

Very good environment of company.excellent place to work and innovate.You can pitch new ideas and different ways to solve a problem.which is encouraged and you are given the freedom to prototype and execute it if the prototype works and is better than the existing solution.

Apart from company's application,we are not able to contract anyone. And nobody answers email. I tired a lot in lockdown, no one replying to anyone

I like only nothing in Oppo but I was doing my job because I was fresher.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in Oppo. As there is no respect about you are engineer or else. There is process to change dress in company to go inside. Then you have to take your shoes in hand and have to go to locker. There is no separate room locker for engineer. Both labour and Engineer locker are placed in same compartment. Work culture is very bad. You have to fight each other department representative. There is overload work management. There is no any seating arrangement for engineer. You have to stand whole 11 hour. Buses timing to go home is not good. You have to wait 45 minutes after shift by standing. In last about progress there is only 100-150 rs hike for engineer every year 😂😂....Read More
