There is no proper communication about your appraisal nor they conduct HR meetings to understand what are the problems being faced by employees. Nothing is confidential. You share anything to HR consider it as a public news. They boast a lot about culture but in reality they follow nothing. Admin team has more privileges than HR, in practical they rule the company and HR services is a joke.

They cut salary of half day if you come late after 10AM I came 7 times at 10:05 AM and left the after 10 hours and they cut 3.5 days full salary and I lost 20 thousand for full Jan month and december month

Overall, Culture of this company is neither good nor bad.There is huge infrastructure where you can learn everything such as Quality, Machines, Structure process, functional process. Infrastructure is good, Natural Environment is also good Canteen facility is almost ok,

No one help you until not ask your doubt except some seniors. Since it is MNC company,Daily Production is in crores ,so production should not be loss, if any problem comes related to Structure of functional you have to took action immediately, you have no more time to think to reach any decisions. Line should not be stopped at any cost. this is bad experience for me

They hire people on third party payroll. Don't pay enough. No appraisal no increment only pay incentives to top managers not real contributors. Even they hire people on contract basis for few months. Local government officials takes bribes from such companies and hide their good ups
