It's having the worst experience for an HR. False and fake promises to employees. Also, no skill development and learning and growth opportunity is available. Authoritative control of Chinese and Indian managers are too afraid of them. Doesn't even have health insurance to employees.

The job is quite interesting i struggle a more in beginning as there is no formal training session i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to learn in different different positions there work and roles responsibility.

1) I'm working here at oppo since 2016th , The management was too good , and now it was not like of previous.. 2) Their is some management team they wont care about the company and promoter place and all 3) I'm very disappointed with my team leader and asm .. 4) I have loss of 3.8 year experience.. 5) I didn't done any mistakes also I got 1month salary hold.. 5) And finally also I got resign from the asm and team leader... without any mistakes they put resign for me 6) these incident was hapens But still I'm not leave the company I have worked for without salary.... who will take care about my family and me an all.. 7) I'm very suffering here to earn money. ... 8) Afterwards the asm Muzmil sir was done rejoining process...and I'm working same place So again I'm going to say thank you very much sir.......Read More
