Totally Chinese culture is exist. Staff is Indian but remote control is under Chinese authority. You don't have any job security as without reason anybody could be placed notice for relaxation. No travel allowance, no salary increments after years of working.

Overall, Culture of this company is neither good nor bad.There is huge infrastructure where you can learn everything such as Quality, Machines, Structure process, functional process. Infrastructure is good, Natural Environment is also good Canteen facility is almost ok,

No one help you until not ask your doubt except some seniors. Since it is MNC company,Daily Production is in crores ,so production should not be loss, if any problem comes related to Structure of functional you have to took action immediately, you have no more time to think to reach any decisions. Line should not be stopped at any cost. this is bad experience for me

They hire people on third party payroll. Don't pay enough. No appraisal no increment only pay incentives to top managers not real contributors. Even they hire people on contract basis for few months. Local government officials takes bribes from such companies and hide their good ups
