Decent company to work for if you’re a fresher but you cant make a ling-term career here. The people are good and polite. The HR is nice. Work timings are good.

Dislikes

Dont expect anything great from the company. The management can be irritating at times. Micromanaging is normal. They dont hire people based on skills.

Employees were laid off without prior notice, and despite having a two-month official notice period, they were only paid for one month. - Micro managed with Desk Time which makes work frustrating many times - work recognition is less or near to zero if you are outsourced resourced resource - appraisals are heart breaking and low which hurts employee 's self-esteem. - work timings are not flexible as you have to come to office according to your team's timing but HR policy says something different.
