Job security is there. But there is no trust left on management. They can take drastic decisions that affect entry/mid level employees. Least to last year they changed roles for all employees. Some teams are too overloaded with work that there’s no work life balance. People who work keep getting piled up with work while others enjoy....Read More

Compensation for existing employees is not at all good. Hikes are not up to the mark and very demotivating. Too much off weekend working specially under BN

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
