I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Just a handful of co-workers support you and HR is supportive to Employee the most they can and assistive in certain issues not invading your personal space most.

There are certain issues but as per experience, it is justifiable that sometimes the decisions they make kill the Employee spirits and their work moods, yet at the end of day no one loses a bread winner.
