Likes are All Employees, Team mates, Even Manager and Team Lead are very supportive and helpful. Management are pretty Good. No issue for paid Leaves.

Only one dislike is they are only working at paid technologies such as ExtJS/Sencha, which is very rarely used in India by other companies.

Skill development ; NO new skill you can learn in OATI (no automation only they hav their own products , when they remove person from company, person is helpless bec he has no skill and the skill which he gained in prior years that is useless) 5.
