I had worked as a technical support exective for 21 months. I really loved my colleagues . Because they were very supportive in the work throughout my tenure.

Dislikes

The job security was zero. there were not any security for women working at night. If any female employee fell sick, they would ask to go home on their own risk at night time. The salary they would provide, was not worth for hard work we did. We were not getting night shift allowances and the food they were providing was not good quality one. They least bothered to resolve many issues rised by the employees. When the chat and email process had moved to USA, we did not get a compensation nor complete salary. The board of director, just played with employees emotions and made good money by not giving to employees. She was very partial to few of the employees and given compensation only to them....Read More
