Ooredoo Kuwait has given me a platform where i could showcase my skills to the utmost. i loved the environment there. I started off as the department admin supervisor and ended up being the Procurement Specialist in the span of 7+ years. During the tenure there was the learning space provided to me. I was happy to be part of this team and the colleagues were in full support in my growth. This was something i missed in my previous work culture . The salary structure was great. As the Company grew they made sure that the employees are given the sufficient raise every year. Bonus was showered on us every year. We were asked to work extra only when the work demanded. Dislikes

What i disliked in Ooredoo Kuwait is we as expats were not send for any training outside. Only Kuwaitis were given the opportunity. Other than this, I did not or find anything negative about this place.
