No job security, no compensation, no skill development, no new opportunities. They will push you downward no variable pay nothing worst company to work for.

Dislikes

Do not join this company always excuses they will put you at client location & forget you even your account manager will not know what you do & will not support you at all just recruit people & deploy. No worries clients are there to bother about onward employees. They even did not provide reimbursement or help me during my covid 19leave it was totally me in a situation no help nothing from Onward....Read More

No life no balance nothing you are a slave just work for them & take token amount. Only for freshers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
