Nothing is good about this organisation. Leadership is highly incompetent. They just work like a cartel and blame people who are not part of their group. A proper lala company with no process at all. No transperancy in performance management and everything is at the whim of few people at managerial position. Don't waste crucial period of your career working for this organisation.
