Nothing, Worst company, Management is worst, They treat employees like naukar. Please avoid this company. U always have to strech 2-3 hours. Managers chill but basic employess work as hard as they can.

I have worked for alomst 5 year and it was pleasure working over there i learned a lot of things over there pressure handling and work organization is amongst them, its good place to work upon and team mates are fully cooperative over there

No incentives _ No RNR Specially _ all are Just focusing on completing of work but not focusing on controlling of unnessary extra cost which they can save by taking certain steps like providing process knowlege in all teams and by having a strong quality checks in each team which surely benefit company cost that results into some kind of incentives.
