Nothing .. all same as other service-based companies. If you get a good client good project then you will have fun otherwise maybe you won't like something. As salary and all will depends on projects on which you are working on.

There is no job security. Management is trying to force an employee to resign. They create a hectic environment. Even there is nothing like humanity, they want to employee work 24*7. WFH means employees are available for day and night and also on weekends.

Dislikes

There is nothing transparent. Lots of politics on Management level. Even employees don't know anything and people will force to resign on the basis of manager decision.
