I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's a good place to enhance technical skill. Co- workers are so supportive & understanding. Interdepartment relations of employees are very nice & i like co-operation among them. Travelling & canteen facilities are quite good.

Dislikes

Comparatively Personal growth is lesser. Employee training & development isn't much focused.
