It is good for me to join ONGC Petro additions Limited but after joining realised that no career growth, no skill development and no job security along with not getting proper salary and delay the salary is habitual to them.

Dislikes

There is discrimination among employees, delay in salary, before joining salary decided will not be given after joining menas less salary will be given after joining.
