The company culture reflects the clients culture. Basically Oneture has no culture and only follows what the client tells them. Client is the only thing that matters to them. Most of the clients are absolute tr**h. The outlook on the CEO is good but that's it. Everyone is downright mediocre here.

1. Management is understanding and cooperative. 2. You will get to learn many things including technical, management, marketing (if you are interested ). 3. Hierarchy is less so no politics.

1. Employees need to work and adopt the rules of clients so most of the time it feels like we are employee of client. 2. Most of the employees working from client location so they are not able to make connections with each other. 3. There are no technical specialist present according to the project technology as most of the people are young so they are learning things eagerly but that optimised way to build the things is missing. 4. You will enjoy by being part of Oneture and will learn a lot from Mahesh, Ravi and Aayush. When ever there is a huddle or facing challenge or fire fighting thing all 3 are available and stand next to you to solve it. As a Founder Mahesh is So friendly A good leader actually.

vendor system as you have to work from client office completely so majority of times it feels like you are employee of that particular client not Oneture.

Excellent work culture. We get lot's of opportunities for learning and growth. Everyone is working with ownership mindset. Developing secondary skill set with very much encouraged. We get lot's of exposure to working directly with clients and getting first hand knowledge about industry / domain and projects that we are working upon.
