this company is a scam they will put in inbound calls(50 calls daily )or repayment without even considering your experience and when you tell them you can't work in inbound calls they clearly say you can leave the company LOB won't be changed worst company ever pls don't join customer service they will say you will be allocated as per your experience but HR trainer &the head they just don't give a dam about your experience the trainer mind you a third person decides your LOB and your previous experience isn't counted pls don't give interview even they give break for 15 mins and they send the employee after asking 5 6 times & the situation is horrible in the company sply the HR are worst and trainer also worst people ever...Read More

No likes as such.. The so called legal head didn’t had a Law Degree.. Failed Army guy was interested in politics rather than focus on work. Too much interference in your private life as well by him.

Politics and pay structure. The legal head was more interested in setting up the salaries of advocates rather than HR. High Talker guy. They are looking for pleasers instead of an employees. Don’t know how to please? Don’t apply!!

Ayesha chelani, priya and delip should join politics. They will suck your blood everyday just to satisfy their egos. Please don’t join this company. Founder anurag and hari only are concerned about money. They don’t care about their employees and coz of this the above 3 people have gained power to exploit the employees.

1. Founders are highly knowledgeable, and you get to learn a ton 2. You get to exercise a very high degree of autonomy in your work 3. You can have a very balanced work life; you get plenty of time to take care of your personal life

1. Org is very rigid against WFH; they want to see people sitting in office irrespective of everything 2. Org doesn't believe in Pay correction; once you are in, there is no correction. You can expect 10-15% appraisals. Pay parity is a big issue. You may find people making 2x of your pay at the same level 3. Org has a comparatively weak mid-management layer, lacks clarity of thought, and lacks work ethics. You won't find a mentor in them 4.
