No work life balance. Forget friends and family because you'll be working here for about 12hrs daily and then work on Sunday's too. Seniors needs to stop micro managing everything. Let people do their job. Stop shouting at employees, just because they work for you doesn't mean you own them. HR's please if you are not hiring then please stop posting job posts daily on LinkedIn. You are not fooling anyone with those followers you get when people apply for those jobs daily and follow the page as it is default. Come on , I'm tired of getting message from people hoping they will get the job if I refer them. Now just take a look at the website of the company. It's like a 5 year old designed it in the year 2000 and then they forgot to update it. Seriously ? What kind of navigation is that ? I am a developer and i can design 100x better website without any help from a designer than that sh*tty piece of work. So does the app. Please i request the CEO to hire a good designer.
