Being given a single account to manage, got a chance to learn a lot and apply the learning to solve the problem. . Work and personal life balance are heightened. The company has kept the policy simple and clear for their employees.

Dislikes

Personal growth and learning halted after a time. You will perform the same work frequently and end up losing interest.

I would like to share my feedback about employee growth is very low no any given opportunity for other products, no any growth, no any salary growth but others company given to employee growth. In this organisation I am working since 7 years but no any growth in my dept. But other departments currently working high position. Some changes required our unit for employees growth.

Dislikes

No standard office time, no employee growth as per work year experience Other departments given opportunity as per work year experience but there is not. Every day we recieved call for work like Sunday no any standard time.

This is very worst company to work with. They will ask you to follow all the unethical practices. Does not matter whether you are in customer handling role or insurance advisor or Insurance claim role. Management always ask to reject the claim does not matter how. As long as you reject the claim even if it is genuine, they will be happy. If you approve the claim as an employee, you are gone. You will have to resign. That is how they are treating their employee as. That is the reason they have very less Claim settlement ratio in the market....Read More
