Overall exposure to opportunities here is immense. The director himself pushes team members to take ownership of their work and is always open to new ideas, only catch is your idea should have a plausible and logical answer to 'Why?' Appraisals are pretty reasonable and fair, you show performance you get appraisal. At the same time,once you finish a stipulated amount of time at the organization you are liable to receive bonus and a performance bonus is also given. Talking about work pressure, it's a branding agency and work pressure is always gonna be there, but, as compared to other places, work pressure here is in the range of 'alright'. OneZeroEight emphasizes more on idea oriented thinking as opposed to rote execution of tasks.
