Overall exposure to opportunities here is immense. The director himself pushes team members to take ownership of their work and is always open to new ideas, only catch is your idea should have a plausible and logical answer to 'Why?' Appraisals are pretty reasonable and fair, you show performance you get appraisal. At the same time,once you finish a stipulated amount of time at the organization you are liable to receive bonus and a performance bonus is also given. Talking about work pressure, it's a branding agency and work pressure is always gonna be there, but, as compared to other places, work pressure here is in the range of 'alright'. OneZeroEight emphasizes more on idea oriented thinking as opposed to rote execution of tasks. I won't say that I dislike, but I truly believe that if the seniors like Founders,etc. take regular feedback from the juniors (interns/freshers like me) and communicate with us on a regular basis to guide us, it would be an icing on the cake.

Work Details

Work life balance was yet another thing to admire and appreciate. The people were cooperative just like a family and they guided me whenever and wherever I was stuck.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
