The company is open to innovation. I like there rules and regulation. I love the environment.

In company the employees working hours are not fix, when the employees are work full time and extra time they are not give the incentive. compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 14-18 hour straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evning and sometime late into the night. Manager do not value an indiviuals'unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times I do receive appreciation emails form my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid - year appraisal also there is no on-job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pan some times...Read More
