The company is suitable for freshers as it provides an opportunity to learn, but only for 3-4 months with small pocket money. However there is zero learning and growth opportunities for other departments.

Dislikes

It is worth nothing if you have joined for different module but ended working in a different module. If you are considering to join the HR, Sales or Marketing departments, It is advised to reconsider. You not be able to learn in the HR department as it is heavily influenced by Pragati( Head HR). The sales department has limited activity hence you'll not learn anything and the marketing department is neglected due to the MD's reluctance to invest in it. Despite being in the market for a long time, the company's growth has been slower as compared to its competitors, only because of the biased higher management of 4-5 people. Timely Appraisal are not guaranteed unless you asked from the front.
